This application includes a combination of third-party graphic assets and original content created using AI tools.

Third-Party Parallax Backgrounds

We use several parallax background assets created by the artist Bongseng, which are made available on itch.io with permission for commercial use.

These resources are used only as part of the visual design of the game. According to the author’s terms:

We do not redistribute these assets. They are only used within the app's interface and are not directly accessible or downloadable by users.

AI-Generated Assets

All remaining visual elements in the game —including airplanes, objects, decorations, and interface components— are original artworks created using DALL·E, an AI image generation tool developed by OpenAI.

These images were generated under creative direction to ensure:

No real-world logos, trademarks, or brand identities are used.
No resemblance to existing characters, franchises, or popular media.
No use of third-party or stock image content.

According to OpenAI’s terms of use, the generated images can be used for commercial purposes. All visuals were designed to reflect a unique style and theme exclusive to this game.

Transparency

We value transparency in content creation. The development process includes documentation of AI prompts and visual drafts to ensure originality and compliance with platform guidelines.
